German business magazine Business Punk and statistics portal Statista have named the top startup employers in Germany. Capmo made it into the ranking in the Business Products & Software category, officially ranking among the best employers in Germany.
For applicants, the market of potential employers is increasingly opaque. Sites like Glassdoor and Kununu help to get a glimpse behind the scenes. The top startup employer ranking from Business Punk magazine and Statista also belongs in this series. Around 300 of the 2500 startups surveyed made it into the list.
To determine the best startup employers, the people responsible formed three selection metrics:
- Reputation as an employer in online channels (social listening).
- Survey among peers, experts and young professionals
- Research on indicators of growth and satisfaction
Startup employers in the construction industry
Besides Capmo, only two other software startups from the construction industry made it into the ranking. They compete here with well-known software companies such as Appinio, Spryker and Civey.
Shortly after the award, Capmo founder and CEO Florian Biller posted on linkedin, "I am very proud of the entire Capmo team. That is your achievement! It is incredible to see that every one of you is giving everything, every day of the week, to change the biggest industry in Europe and build a great technology company together."
